No Passive-Aggressive "Patient Left" Notification

This mod changes the notification text when a patient leaves the hospital during your Sim's shift as a doctor/nurse from "Tired of waiting... [blah blah blah] patient has left" to "A patient has left.". It also changes the associated icon to a caduceus instead of an hourglass.
