New Dorm - Crab Tree Hall w/ 8 Rooms

This is a new dorm room that I created and named after my dorm hall. Its the first dorm I've ever made and I tried to make something that is functional and spacious. So please be nice, I tried my hardest and I just played a Sim through college with it and it worked heavenly. I contains 8 rooms that are all 5x7. The lot is furnished but I am no interior decorator, so feel free to refurnish any of the rooms or anything else.

I did use two objects that were custom from this site. The first is the single canopy bed (CanopySingleBed.zip) by CTnutmegger and you can download that here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...ngle+canopy+bed

On the first floor there are:

Three rooms all furnished with single beds, desks with computers, dressers, some have televsions or steros, and decorations including curtains.

A spacious kitchen with five islands and three tables with four chairs each.

Bathrooms without showers are downstairs.

There are two bookcases and four chairs around it for the downstairs study area. Next to the kitchen is the living area with a television, gaming system and two pinball machines.

On the second floor

There are five bedrooms that are all furnished with double beds, desks with computers, televisions or stereos, dressers and decorations including curtains.

Bathrooms with toilets and showers.

A small living area with a television and gaming system. One arcade game and a stereo.

Lastly, where the stairs come up there is a larger study area with mutlipule bookcases and four comfy chairs for study groups to get together.
