This is one of my first starter homes, and its almost impossible for me to built a starter home since I enjoy landscaping the grounds and adding beds, desks etc... in the homes. This is very basic except it does have two levels, a fairly nice upper balcony porch, two bedrms, two baths. Included in the file are my own walls and floors that I made using Wood Workshop and The Sims 2 HomeCrafter Plus. I call this home 102 Cozy Corner, it is on a 2X3 lot and asking price is $19,898. It has been tested by my sim family. I don't have university but I have the latest CEP installed on my cp. Any suggestions would be welcomed concering my terrain paints and walls and floors. Hope you enjoy.
