These are two 817 Riverfront lots which have customed designed walls and floors by Ylist/Yokinglist, which kept cost of the lots down. One Riverfront lot contains maxis recolors by Ylist, priced at $36,360 with 3 semi furnished rms in this lot to keep the lot file size small. and the other 817 Riverfront is a starter home priced at $19,971 with some landscaping. Both homes have 3 bedrms, 1 and half baths, 3 levels, 2 balcony porches and an observation deck. I didn't want to distract from the beauty of simplicity of this home by taking too much away to maintain a standard as a starter home as compared to the semi furnished lot with maxis recolors. These are my recolors and by and by, I have so much fun and asperation making them, but then its time to let them go and have someone else check out these lots and have fun too!
