Preston Cottage has been preserved from the 1700s to today. It is a great place to entertain, or to try to persuade the Headmaster. It has 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, 1 public bathroom, 2 fireplaces, study, bar/dining & modern kitchen. Cost: Under $200,000. No EP Required.

**P.S. I do not study history yet, so I know nothing about how they make their houses in the 1700s!**
