Vacation House

Hi all,

This is a vacation styled, contemporary designed residence.
It's a 3 Bed Room, 3 1/2 bath on a 5x4 lot. I know, it's a large lot. But, I thought the house would be bigger when I started it. So, I filled in the bare area's with alot of foliage. I think it turned out kinda cool. So, I thought I would share it.

Ground Floor: 2 Car garage with room for a shop.

Second Floor: Large Living Room w/ Fireplace with Balcony, Large Dining Area, Kitchen, and a Half Bath.

Third Floor: Master Bed Room with Walk-in Closet, Master Bath Room, And 2 Bed Rooms each with it's own full bath.

Outdoors: Enclosed Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, with access to the Pond area.

All the items on this lot are Maxis items. There is no custom content.

This lot has been repackaged using the Clean Installer and are hack free.
