Here's the fully furnished vacation house I made.It's only for the..uhm..let's say not-poor-sims(!) (btw it's impossible for me to build a house under 20k!) :P

-space for driveway(Driveway not included.Read sugestion below)
Suggestion:In order to use a car on this terrain (see pic above) without the road extensions and stuff you should download the invisible driveway by roddyaleixo.Find it HERE But if you like to use Maxis driveway there's no problem!
