Hi all,

This is my first upload. It is a contemporary styled, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath residence.I have tiled the bath room floors and installed the maxis toiletries. Just to make it easier to identify these rooms. I also floored and added the counters and appliances to the kitchen with maxis items. Again, Just to help recognize it's layout.

Street Level: 2 car garage with room for a shop.

First Floor: Living room w/Balcony, Den w/Balcony, Family room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry room, and a Powder Room.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom w/Master Bath, 2 regular bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom.
