I really don't know if this is possible at all, but I would be in favor of a mod that enables one to have more power over weather conditions. For instance, in winter sims may face snowfall, rainstorm, as well as a hailstorm. Such a mod will let one choose which weather conditions they want. (only snow, only hail, both snow and rain). Thus, making it more realistic for some neighborhoods. For example here in Greece during the winter temperatures plummet, there are strong winds and heavy rain, but it hardly snows.
Visiting a community lot at 9:00 pm staying there for 3 hours and when you are back everything is affected, you have different relation score, different mood, but the time is still 9:00 pm!? You EA guys, are you serious? Why on earth the time should not change? A mod solving this problem is what I really want.
