11/29 OK BIG EDIT... Im am going to play it safe .. YOU need all EP's in order for this to show in your game and not crash your game. I have no way in testing it otherwise. Please do not download if you dont have Ep Uni, and Ep Nightlife.. while I figure out what exactly the problem is.


I love building and designing homes and buildings, and I dont upload homes often, but I thought this one was worth it, enjoy, and your comments are always welcome .. I suggest setting this house somewhere , where the back of the house faces water, your sims get a terrific view
(keep in mind that only the house, walls, greenery, floors, stairs, doors, driveways etc is available, I furnished the home after packaging the house up)
