Does this guy look familiar? He should, thats Dustin Broke, renamed Dustin Peter Broke. And instead of growing from a troubled teen, into a troubled adult, he has grown into a very successful adult with his own car dealership!! And he is very good at it, as you can see. He does not come with the lot though. You have a range of cars, of which u can always switch around, you have 3 floors, bottom floor is salesman floor, includes cubicles, and register, etc, second floor is somewhat of a lobby, tv, television, fridge, bathrooms, for when your salesmen need breaks, and the third floor, since this is a residential lot (cant have cars on communal lots sorry ... ) is a studio apartment, left undone, enjoy!! Oh yea, no hacks no custom content , all maxis made items

EDIT: NOW THAT IVE FOUND OUT ABOUT HAVING CARS ON CUMMUNAL LOT MAYBE ILL RELOAD IT AND TURN IT INTO A COMMUNITY SPACE.
