Hi! I'm back with another download! This time I created this house from my head. It has 5 bedrooms and potentially 3 bathrooms (or 2.5). I left all of the rooms empty so you could decide. The rooms with tile are bathrooms, the front hallway, and the kitchen. The room with the lineoleum (off of what could be the "dining room") is the laundry room. The others are up to you, the downloader!

The backyard has a pool, and tons of grassy lawn for your Sims' play on! This house, like my Modest Colonial, has a large bonus room over the three-car-garage. There's even a deck off of the master bedroom! There is also a two-story entrance with a balcony and chandelier! How cool is that?

I tried to keep the custom content to a minimum, so you will need to download the following objects:

All of the shutters (to be safe) from JWoods

Windkeeper's Lafenetre windows, some available here at MTS2, and others at The Sims Resource.
