This two story house comes on a 4x3 lot and is priced at 116,994 . It includes two bedrooms (both with double beds), three baths, living room, sitting room, and a kitchen/dining room combo. I hope your Sims' enjoy.

As with all my houses, no EP needed or CC added.


*edited- I noticed in the back, the dormers were poking through so I redid the house. Since I was editing, I changed the color from bright blue to a pale blue. I also switched the columns and switched the stairs from double to single and added a few more trees.
