Close to the plan in the thread above. I made a few changes.

Home sits on a 4x4 lot. It is 4bd, 4bth featuring a two story family room, overlooking loft, library, dining room, first floor master and an u-shaped staircase surrounded on three sides by water. Sideload 2-car garage (actually the house needs to sit on a corner lot!)
