60's Moderna Beach House

I've been a bit experimenting with the design and architecture recently and here's the result! Simple rectangular house, freshened by a unique roof design, interresting combination of wood and stone materials and a neat garden. This one-storey house was meant to look like something in between retro and modern, with a slight hint of the 60's and definitely a summer feel. Suitable for a small family. Comes on 2x3 lot, 60 000$, unfurnished, UNI and NL required!
