This house is a blend of traditional and modern. Especially regarding the shapes and materials. It's also ment as a kind of a tribute to Helena (known as IgnorantBliss around here) and her beautiful windows at www.pixelsims.com!

Costs about 80000$, comes unfurnised on a sloped 3x2 lot, hopefully No EP required
