This modern looking wood cottage with a simple A-syle roof, but other interesting architectonic features is based on a picture, I saw once in a house catalogue.

I think, this house will make a fine holiday residence for your sims. It's built on a sloped 3x2 lot and it looks especially good on some higer placed detatched location surrounded by woods. It has a small pool in the basement and except for that, I'm again leaving the furnishing up to your tastes. EP required. :umm:
