Hi again.

As per request I bring you The "Oh LàLà" Balcony. French style it is, and wrought iron it has


2 objects in the rar:
1 -> Moon_Ez French Balcony in Wrought Iron.
Oak parquet flooring w black wrought iron as default.

Recolor file:
2 -> Moon_Ez French Balcony in Wrought Iron - White n white marble.
White marblele w white wrought iron


* Found under By Mode / Decorative / Misc
* Fully recolorable.

Tips on placing:
Fist place the door where you want the balcony to go. Then activate the "moveobjects on" cheat code to place the balcony.

Last info:
The balcony is not "usable". For decor only.
