Stephen King's House - Hack Free - EP req

Hi all.

My last house before installing Nightlife.

When I made my "Spiders and Gargoyles - Gates and fence" (Link) I looked arround for some inspiration, and found some pictures of Stephen King's House with just what I needed. And since I thought the house was kinda cool I just mad to build it.

It’s a 3 (2,5) story house on a 5x5 lot. The furnished V. is rather modestly furnished. Just the basics.
It should work with NL also just as long as you enable custom objects.

Outdoor:
-> Flowers, bushes, threes and shrubs arround the lot.
-> Porches arround the house.
-> A swiming pool in the back.

1'rst floor:
-> The entry hall leading in to the living room and/or to a second hall that again leeds to the back outdoor and/or the garage with room for 1 car. The entry hall also has a small bathroom.
-> A large room containing living/dining/fun n play areas. With 2 fireplaces.
-> A large kitchen with seeting. The kitchen also has a tiny pantry.
-> A lounge/relax room.

2'nd floor:
-> The master bed room with a fireplace. Has a private bath room, a lounge/relax/tv room and a balcony to the front.
-> A bed room with a double bed.
-> A girls bed room with WIC.
-> A boys bed room with a private balcony to the right and a study in the tower room (3'rd floor).
-> A large bath room with a fireplace.
-> A gym room.

1 fully furnished house @ 325.000 simoleons.
1 unfurnished house @ 168.000 simoleons.
