Here's my newest upload, the Grunge Town Apartments. Featuring a set of old twin buildings with a spacious dark alley between them, these old appartments are ready for *one* more generation of poor bums with nowhere better to live. There are 4 one room appartments per building,all with fire escapes, and a Gender inclusive bathroom on each floor.

Cost of the lot is $63,584, and it's on a 3x2 lot.

Oh, and watch out for the bag lady.. she bites.

Defiant Iron Stairs- by Brasstex BTX Modular Stairs Download the Steps_73BTXDefiantIronSteps.rar (last one in the list) and follow the directions exactly for installing them It's not hard at all, and they look better then the regular maxis stairs.

Down the Alley set- by Hchangeri - Down the Alley Set (need all)

Brick and Sand Rubble by Hchangeri- The Construction Site (you just need the brick and sand rubble)
