Here's my newest lot.. The Victorian Point. First hand visitors to the land of the Sims noticed this old house, on a tiny spit of land near the sea. Connected to the mainland only by a creaky bridge, They described this house as "Foreboding" and "Creepy". One even went so far as to call it "haunted, and full of demons." Whatever your take on this house is, you can be sure it's a little piece of history from the Victorian Era, well preserved from the ravages of time. Though the outside is grey and dark, the interior is quite nice, with rooms with crown molding, and clean wooden panneled floors.

The House's deed claims that it's price is only a LOW $24,430 for this historical landmark, on a full 2x3 square lot. Two bathrooms, a kitchen, family room, Garret room, and two bathrooms complete this house. You'd better catch this piece of history before it's too late!

*Spiral Staircase- XxHalfBloodPrincexX (the only reason I didn't include this is because it does something weird when I click on it in Clean Installer.. it freezes the window up. But it plays fine, and I've never had any problem with this item in the game.
