This is my first upload! I hope someone (anyone) will enjoy this. I apologize in advance for my lame landscaping abilities.

This house sits on a 3x4 lot, is unfurnished and the cost is a meer 57,308 Simoleons.

I've tried to get it down to the bare minimum, but there are a few CC.
