Hi, I've made a house for TeenqueenXO.
It is unfurnished. I costs almost 70.000k.
It has:
1 Livingroom
1 Kitchen
2 Bedrooms
1 Office
3 Badrooms
3 Places for a car
1 Pool
A double Garage, one side is fake inside because there is the kitchen.
But I didn't have made a basement such as TeenqueenXO has requested.
It's Hack free.
I used these items:
Black Fence by HoneyB at www.theblist.com
Stairs by Boblishman at http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...&highlight=Bobl
Door and Window at www.4eversimsfantasy.eu.tf -->downloads-->objects and build-->preview all sets-->other 5
Brick Floor by Nengi65 at modthesims but it's included.
