Here is a great set of apartments for the college kids or for your singles to use in town.

To use in town just use the cheat (ctrl+shift+c) and type in "changelotZoning residential" then place in your lots and houses bin to move place in the neighborhood.

The only custom content is the ascention stairs that you can get at this thread here but I have added them already so it is the only bit of custom content.

This lot is completely hack free and has been cleaned using the Clean installer.
