*sighs* I'm feeling like an idiot. I had gotten the notion into my head that if I could make dorms for University I could make real apartments for neighborhoods too. Well after a couple hours of creating, what just happens to be the best building I've ever made (lots are the hardest for me for some reason), I tested it out and low & behold, as you all know, it didn't work. So it's neither Highrise, or Apartments, BUT I love it and I'm going to follow my original plan as to uploading it here at MTS2

At the moment it's a dorm, you can change it to residential if you want. It has 9 rooms, everything is mostly furnished. No hacks, unless that neighborhood camera hack carries over into the file. The only custom content are a couple terrains, walls and floors made by talented people I tried not to use many because I always feel bad using someone else's content that they've worked hard on. I only have one picture of it at night for the moment, but as soon as I take a few more I'll post those as well.
