It's a very rainy sad sort of day here. So what do i do - i post

I made this top a while back and kinda forgot about it. I brought it back to pair with my Moschino skirt ( wow shameless self-promotion :p) . I decided to post it now. It's the maxis strapless top recolored with this incredible fabric I found on web. I wish i could do justice to the beautiful fabric and i am not sure what the characters mean. I hope they mean something good for the world because it is so needed.
i am sure this top is compatible with all.
