This here is my first upload, so please comment on what I can do better =D. This roomy house would be great for a family on an income wanting to expand. This house sports 3 good sized rooms, and you can tell from the screens that they would be able to fit double beds. Furnished at around 23,000, this house would be under 20,000 unfurnished. This lot requires Nightlife installed since there is a driveway.
