3+ bedroom 'Country Cottage'

I decided to upload this house after I made it for a contest over at S2C. I really liked it and it's very simple and could house a family of 5 sims comfortably.

Apart from that there is no other custom content or hacks included.

Features include:
1x double bedroom
3x spare rooms
A small pool
Room on the back and side for further development.
It is on a 2x3 lot and costs just over 31,000
It is unfurnished

As far as I know this house definantly requires Nightlife and Open for Business, but I don't think I used any University content so I decided to just keep in OfB and NL required. I also have the Holiday stuff pack installed but I am pretty certain that pack is not necessary to use this house
