Hey everyone! This is my first house upload so don't judge it with an iron fist. :-)P I've been playing Sims 2 since the day it came out, but I haven't really done too many things for uploads... But I decided that it's time to share what I've got with the other Simmie fanatics out there. :-) SOOO I hope you enjoy the things I make as much as I do. Have fun!!
This modern home, has a great look inside as well as out. With the help of special walls -(look lower for link to download from other MTS page)- I was able to modify the inside to have different elevations upstairs. The house has very spacious rooms, wich are great for those rich sims of yours. ;-) And The kitchen/dinning room downstairs is very spacious. -(I've always wanted a huge kitchen :-D)-
Here's a quick tour:
-( ground floor )- 2 car garage with a long driveway; walk in room at the front of the house leading into a spacious living (or) family room; elevator (download page for that is below, don't worry, it's absolutely free); small bathroom; spacious kitchen/dinning room.
-( 2nd floor )- very spacious bedroom with 2 elevations, higher one leading to a balcony and bathroom; hallway/room leading to a split elevation room that could be modified into extra bedrooms, bathrooms, entertainment rooms, etc...
All of the walls, floors, windows, and doors are from Maxis. There are only 2 things that you have to download that are not of my creation.
-( 1 ): If you read above, I said elevator, and I meant elevator. :-P
I give great thanks to Targa for creating this object. It really saves a LOT of room and it fits in absolutely great with my modern home. :-) Here's a link to the page on which you can find it on: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=97383
*-( 2 ): !!MUST DOWNLOAD!!
As I've mentioned, I have a variety of elevations in this home, mostly just on the second floor, for which I used Numenors Unleveled Walls. Whom I'd also love to mention a great thank you, because without those walls, this house would not be built. :-P So here's a link to the page on which you can find these usefull walls on:

If you decide to download this one, then thank you for the support. And even if you don't like it, I hope to upload more homes and objects to satisfy your needs in the future. :-)

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
