Balizao, modern house

I saw a picture of a really great house, and wanted the same for my sims!
This is a modern style house, very simple, with 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathroom, a garage and it cost 74 324ยง.
I used:
- the "60's horizontal window" made by Zookini : http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=122136
- and the basic window on the site ModernSimObjects here : http://www.m-sim-o.com/ (in "Build mode" the first window set on the first page.)
You need this meshes for the house.
The house is partialy furnished, just to give an idea of the room, and I used some recolour made by 4EversimFantasy : http://www.4eversimfantasy.net/objects.htm . The recolour are included in the package file.
