New Java Family Dining n Spa

Residential Lot : 2x3
Requires : University and Nightlife

Here the community lot which I redesigned from my last post. It comes on 2x3 lot, larger than the original design 2x2. I add coffee shop and children playground. Hope you gonna like it.

1st floor : small shop, gym and bathroom
2nd floor : restaurant
Outdoor : swimming pool, hot tub, coffee shop and children playground, large enough for the kids to play tag

Custom Material
The only custom material is full wall window by Tiggy027 from ModernSimObjects

Checked with Clean Installer, and hack free.
