the house no one cares about/overgrown front lawn

I made this house purposely to make it look untended to. I wanted a house that looked kinda drab but not completely poor... Just very drab, and someone needs to mow the lawn. The lawn in the front is very very very overgrown, the house is very plain. 2 br, 1ba, kitchen, livng room, driveway, backyard with grill a few lawn chairs, and swing, all maxis so all included. The back is not as overgrown as the front - call it laziness.. Anyhow It probably is very cheap, under 20 k. The brown swing in the back is not included because I dont know where I got it from, EDIT : someone found the link for me its here . The plants and the grass are not maxis content and the credits are below. House is hack free, checked and rechecked. Needs Nightlife, and Im going to go ahead and say you need Uni too, because thats what I had while creating this house and I wish to save myself the e-misery of complaints lol.
