-The Lamesa is a narrow desgined home modeled after real floorplans.
-Requires Nightlife (... I have Uni too but I don't know if that is required as well because I forget what objects came with it.)
-There is NO custom content.
-2x4 lot.
-Price is $36,896.
-2 bed, 2 bath.
-Garage.
-There are upper and lower patio/decks on this house. The pictures show them well.
-I have furnished the kitchen and bathrooms as guidelines, but the rest I left unfurnished. I know you all have your own decorating styles and custom content you would rather use than what I could offer.
-The Lamesa features a large backyard. I left it empty, but it is perfect for a pool if you want one.

I've tried to make this as basic as possible so that it is not outrageously expensive. I enjoy cheaper homes that my sims can expand upon as they earn money (without motherlode!). Anyway, I hope you and your sims enjoy this home!
