I am a big fan of Sabrina the Teenage Witch television show. I watch the reruns on ABC Family every day. I was watching it today and thought that her college apartment had very interesting architecture. So I was inspired to build a similar home for my college sims, and now I share it with you!

This house is very LOOSELY based on the actual show. I could not find any photos from the TV show for comparisons, so I had to go by my own memory and make up the rest. It is not furnished exactly the same. For one thing, I have no idea what the upper bedroom looked like. I furnished the bedrooms for my sims that I would have living there.

I intended the house to be used for college sims and it includes all skill building objects except exercise machines, but body points can be earned from the TV or stereo. In the University neighborhood it costs $10,743 to rent. The house is also fully compatible with main neighborhoods, in which it costs $48,836 to buy.

I used items from Teen Style Stuff in this lot, but there is not a check box for compatibility, nothing I can do about that. Please be warned.
