Trying something with OFB's new roofs. They reminded me of the tradititional huts in KwaZulu/Natal in my country.
This hut is quite spacious and you can use the Uni 45 degree cheat to place some items. The lot is playable with an arch for the door. (Had my African Faces sim living there for a few days.) The loo is in the back - called a long drop for obvious reasons.
Since Sims can't bathe in ponds, i made an outside shower by the pond; the kitchen sink is also here. The lot is sparingly furnished with the bare minimum. After first day at work, buy a phone and some lights. (i miss the torches from Sims 1 ;-) )
Lot valued at $19 642.
All expansion packs are needed for this download. There is NO custom content included. This lot is hack-free.
