Hideaway Shack

Hidden within the woods and shrubbery is a small 5x7 building that has been built into the side of a hill. It's the perfect hideaway place for a lone sim trying to lay low and out of sight from any nefarious criminal bosses who are looking for them. It also could be used as a meeting spot for a married man (or woman OR BOTH) who has a girlfriend and doesn't want his wife finding out. It is big enough to swap out that single bed and put in a double bed. Or maybe your sim is a hermit and wants his or her privacy to be left alone with the peaceful surrounding forest and live off the land. Or a young couple with very little funds just starting out their married life together. Whatever the situation of your sim, this small lot is very versatile and very cost affordable at just under 18k simoleans.

The kitchen while small has a full-sized refrigerator, stove, one workplace countertop, and kitchen sink. The bathroom is equipped with an open shower, toilet, and a mirror. Use of the kitchen sink is needed for any hand washing. The living quarters have a single bed, an easel, bookcase, a table, and 1 chair. There is a telescope on the roof to watch for any unsavory lurkers. Keep out traps are not provided.

Up the stairs built into the side slope is where you can find the trashcan and recycle bin. Up another set of stairs leads to the roof top and the telescope. There was no guard railing installed to impede the view so any new owners need to be mindful of where they step.
