My second house (posted here)! I'm on a roll now! the key is to build little houses, i'm learning. This one is small, but was not without challenge.

Wal-out basement (Lot slopes to the back)
Unfurnished
2 "functional" floors (more on that later)
1 large bedroom, 2 baths, perfect for your Sims who just got kicked out of the house!

It is based on this house. I used some of the new Storybook theme from OFB. To get the roof to look similar, that left very little livable space where there was supposed to be a bed and bath. also, I didn't bother with the U-stairs on a foundation, not that that would have let me put stairs under the roof! I did include a kind of ugly staircase on the back deck that will go up to the top floor, where you do have room for a few things--bedroom, treadmill, whatever. But the basement is large and would have enough room for 2 bedrooms if you put up a few walls. the bath is big too.
Let me know what you think! I mainly work of online floorplans and I'd be willing to build a house for someone else!

AND, i almost forgot, this uses those stairs from Brasstex, the 76TXBallustrade to be specific. Mad props, yo.
