Palatial Mansion - Request from Bubbles

This is a substantial spanish styled house, on a 5x5 lot, and requires all expansion packs except Pets. It costs $93,240, and comes unfurnished, except with the walls and floors. I have also left it un-landscaped, so you can add your own personal touch to it. I have labelled the rooms which the plan says, but feel free to change them.

The only custom content I used was the Georgian Building Set by phoenix_phaerie here at http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=188669 and two wooden floors, made by me.
