I found a very small ground floor plan for this house on an Architecture website showcasing some plans of Welsh Period architecture. I had to adapt on the plans to make them compatible with The Sims 2, and created a brand new first floor based on the ground floor windows arrangement.

The house comes partly furnished - all of the Custom Content which you see in the pictures below are for decorative purposes - they are not included except for the following:

1) Egg Topiary - Maxoid Monkey, http://www.thesims2.ea.com
2) All floors and walls - Me except for Victorian Encaustic Tile 9 by Marina at http://www.marinasims.net
3) Primroses - Macarossi, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=195044
4) Table - Teko, http://www.reflexsims.de
5) Georgian Window and Door Set - Phoenix-Phaerie, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=188669
6) Outdoor Lantern - Numenor, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=55958

The house sits on a 4x4 lot, and costs $205,188, and also comes with a pool, hot tub, and two driveways, as well as two sports cars sitting on them. This is certainly one of the more expensive houses your Sims will live in.

If you want to ask me any questions about this house, please PM me and I will try and reply to you in a couple of days of recieving the message.

Happy Simming!
