This is the first version I've made for the dress requested by Chowee03, here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=142958 and here you can see the second version http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=148426.
You can find the mesh at http://www.pronupsims.net/ at the section bride, gown, under the dress called "plumeau". Unfortunately the site is down at the moment, so I cannot be more precise about the section name, but I can assure you the dress is plumeau
