Here is Etson house, a sibling of the huge Hurlstone House
It is a 2x3 lot and four stories high and uses ascension stairs to minimise stair space
On the bottom floor, a kitchen, lounge and dining space
On the following three levels the areas havve been left undivided for personal customisation.

the concept was great and i thought I would make only small adjustments but ended up totally changing it around, thus unrecognisible to the original.
