Description-
For my first upload, I decided to make a house, since I can't create meshes or recolor objects worth a squat. This house is based on an apartament floor plan, I had to make some adjustments to it. I tried not to use custom content, but I still had to, due to some complications (Custom content used listed below). Front door on the ground floor is actually the entrance to the entretainment room, wich incluces inside pool, electronic entretainment, and some other stuff wich you can see in the screenshots. The entrance to the house is in the garage itself, using Targa's ''Ascension Squared'' to get to the 1st floor. It has a nice front garden with three fountains. It costs $177,208. Fully Furnished. Requires all EPs. Lot size : Medium 5 x 3

I Know that the trash can and mail box are out of place, it was an accident, I couldn't get it back to it's original position. But I don't think it looks bad where it is. o_O
