So I've tried to build something like it, a white beach house with a small lake, and with only original game stuff, it should work with any EP, but since I have Nightlife installed it requires NL due to a change in the .package-files.

I've furnished it as in the floor plans from Global House Plans, with simple furniture so as not to have it cost a million simoleons.. I left the attic empty and I have made a small bedroom in the cellar as requested, together with a small bathroom, a small office, a big "hobbies room" and an unfurnished creepy cellarpart..

The house costs 79 473 simoleons; it is a 30x30 square lot, kind of big, but there is also a lot of flowers and things, as it shows in the picture.. If you want the house you can remove/add/change furniture and flowers as you wish, so I guess it doesn't really matter too much, I just tried to make it as close to the floor plan as possible, and I have also made sure that it can satisfy all basic needs and skills to be learned..

The lot slopes a bit, as you should see in the picture, just want to tell you since sloping lots change the neighbourhood ground, which at times can be pretty annoying, but the house is drawn to be on a sloping lot so no point in arguing ;P

It's scanned with Clean Installer so it should be just the segment for upload.. Just tell me if something doesn't work!
