Hi Folks!

The 2x2 lot I'd like to share today has some interesting characteristics:
. It's under 20K simoleons (19.907), although it can't be considered a starter since it's unfurnished. Despite of that, it's a bargain for a 2 stories lot with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A nice option for a growing family.
. Its unusual "wing shape" can be explored in different ways. For example, you can use one of the wings to implement a small home business (just buy a fancy door and install it in the front, for the customers).
. I left space enough for a garage, if you want one. If not, you can build a nice garden, solarium, pool or even another building for a small shop.
