Compact XVII - Dark Stone

Hi Folks!

This is a typical downtown lot I built for wealthy sim families. It's a 2x2 Compact as usual, but because it's plenty of rooms and baths, and comes fully furnished (Maxis stuff mostly), its price is not for all pockets. If course you can get rid off most of the furniture to lower the price and have a fresh start.

Here are some basic facts of this Compact:
. One basement, two stories, 151.318 simoleons;
. Two livings (one in each floor), three bedrooms (2 suites), four bathrooms, four terraces, TV room, kitchen, elevator (from basement to roof);
. Basement garage (for two cars) and laundry (or gym) area;
. Except for the laundry and the cars, the house is fully furnished and decorated as you see in the pics. All decor itens were included in the package.
