Hoxton House: Easy game play lot

Its been sooooo long since ive contributed to this site

So i needed a break from monotonous college work and came up with this baby








This lot was a result of an article/thread at the sims2community about what houses individuals prefer to play so here is my interpretation

This family home, 3x3, is fairly spacious and open planned

It has the essentials: big kitchen and dining, large family room and office/study, three bedrooms with ensuites, a master bedroom with ensuite, an attached garage, outdoor entertaining area and yard space.

This lot is landscaped to give that extra environmental score.

All in all, not bad for $148,000, however alot less if you gut the house and rid of the landscaping then it costs around $44,000

It also has custom content so thanks to all creators out there
