OK…so I tried to do a furnished lot with no custom content and it didn’t quite work out. Well at least it’s mostly Maxis furnishings…right?

This lot is mostly furnished. I left the third bedroom unfurnished as you can use it for more than just a bedroom. Some of the decorative things that are in the pictures are not included in the lot, but there really aren’t that many. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, garden and children’s play area. This house sits on a 3x3 lot at a cost of $125,605.
