2004 HGTV Dream Home

I bring you the 2004 HGTV Dream house. This is my favourite house so far, but I may do others in this series if this house goes over well. This home has 3+ bedrooms, full basement with exercise room, formal dining room, master bedroom ensuite, swimmable lake, secret media room (yes the original has a secret media room) and more! This home would be a great vacation property for wealthier Sims. There is ample room in the basement to open a home business as well. I built this house on a coastline so the community water would run onto the property, so you can try that, but you don’t have to. The house is UNFURNISHED and sells for $60,323 and sits on a 3x4 lot and I have all expansion packs.

All right my lovelies, a lot of you are asking for the house furnished, which I can’t do, so here’s a shopping list of some of the things you see in the pictures; if there is something that I haven’t listed, just P.M me. Happy shopping!

Dining Room/Kitchen
The lovely Tuscan Kitchen is by Phoenix Phaerie and you can get that HERE @ MTS. The recolour of that kitchen is also found HERE on MTS and is by luslipz73.
The hutch is a pay item by Cashcraft at the TSR. This creator’s items look STUNNING in the game. The curtains are from bluetessims2ecke, but this site is closed. The chandelier is from simaddicted99 from TSR and it is pay (it's part of the cherry victorian kitchen).

Bedroom
The lovely bedroom set is from 4ESF and the beautiful recolour is by Jonesi. The pillows are from stylist sims. You need to go to downloads and scroll down. The paintings are from 11dots (it's from the studio line living room set) and the ceiling fan is from 4ESF. The chairs are by BetterbeSims @ TSR and are pay.

Living room
The painting above the fireplace is from reflexsims(go to downloads youth room, it's part of the youthline. The flowers from the kitchen are also part of this set), lamp is from betterbesim at TSR and is pay, rug is from 11dots (it's part of the Alessia set), the green deco behind the lounge chair and the 2 storey lights are from peggy sims and they are in the member area, the piano is from muranomobilia, the couch is pay from simaddict99 (it's part of the Italia set) from TSR. The green chairs are part of the "Claude" bedroom set @ Pimp-My-Sims.
