Wouldn't it be great to just have your house roll up to your lot on a flatbed truck and not have to worry about the seemingly endless construction process on most new homes? Well now your Simmies can have that luxury with a cute prefabricated starter home. Room enough for 1 or 2 Sims and of course there's always room for expansion.

It sits on a 2x2 lot and costs just under $20, 000. I have all expansions including Family Fun Stuff, although I don't believe I used any FFS items (will somebody please tell me why I wasted my money on that!) Anyhoo...I hope you enjoy!
