Hey all.
This idea was taken from an old thread from here , and it's taken a while to get round to doing it. The requester never replied so I just decided to go ahead and make something using the picture given (below).



I intended this to be a dorm, but did not input the code, so it can also be used as a residential lot too. To make this lot a dorm, open the house up in build mode and type 'ctrl, shift, c' to get up the box, then 'changeLotZoning dorm'.

  • Five apartments: each with bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen
  • Balconies (for some apartments)
  • Public Terrace
  • Pool with communal showers
  • Elevator
